Here is a list of some places to visit in winter in India.

Auli:-

Auli is the Skiing Destination of India, located in Uttarakhand.

It is surrounded by snow-capped mountains all around. Its climate remains pleasant throughout the year, but it becomes more attractive in chilly winters.  In Auli one can enjoy Skiing, Trekking, Cable Car ride (One of the highest and longest in Asia, covers approx 4 km). It has also the highest manmade lake in the world. It offers good panoramic view of the snow covered peaks of the Himalaya. And Uttarakhand tourism conducts winter sports competitions at Auli. So Auli is the good winter destination.


Manali:-

Manali is a hill station located in northern part of India in Himachal Pradesh.

It’s main part of attraction in winter are skiing, snowboarding, Majestic view of Himalaya and of course snow. You can plan your trip during January and February as the winter Carnival take place in these two months. So pack your bag with hot clothes as it becomes very cold during winter but it has different charm in winter.


Goa:-

Goa is the Party Destination of India, located in the western coastal region.
